Anida is responsible for BBVA’s real estate unit, managing inventory worth billions of euros.

The division was set up in 2011 in response to the global financial crisis, and they required an agile IT infrastructure to support fast optimization of the end-to-end processes, ranging from admitting the repossessed asset through to releasing it to market.

Bizagi created and defined an entirely independent and agile IT infrastructure in record time, enabling Anida to handle the large amount of property assets received from developers. In just 19 weeks, five less than expected, the entire end-to-end process was defined and implemented. Now an average of 3,500 cases are created monthly and over 20% are closed in the same period.
