  • Work with Director of Product Marketing and Director of Demand Generation to scope the global and regional community programmes, including technologies, assets, and nurtures required for community engagement
  • Work with Director of Demand Generation, Director of Product Marketing and Field Marketing Leaders to define the objectives and scope community programme (primarily) and demand generation programme (secondary)
  • Work with appointed agencies to define the digital marketing strategy, channels, investment and pipeline forecast for the programmes
  • Create and manage campaign/programme briefing documents to clearly define the objectives, scope, structure, channels, tactics and nurture paths
  • Use the briefs to clearly communicate and manage the programme operation, stakeholder expectation and agency performance.
  • Manage and execute community programme/defined global demand generation programmes to brief, on time in budget
  • Fully manage the implementation and logistics of the community programme, i.e. the hangout, Hakathon, awards/review submission
  • Work with Marketing Automation team to ensure that the engagement activities from the community (existing leads) are captured, scored and monitored in the system and set up discovery mechanism for hike in engagement level
  • Work with Product Marketing and appointed agency to manage the forum infrastructure and online activities
  • Own and manage the lead database pertinent to the programme segmentation [community data and activities insight]
  • Oversee and manage the digital promotional within programmes, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Webinars, Organic Social, and Email
  • Use campaign analytics and pipeline data to guide future marketing activity and maximising the ROI from the programme budget
  • Where required work with Product, Content and Field Marketing to define the nurture streams and content needed for the programmes
  • Actively monitor the progression of the leads across their lifecycle and ensure additional activities are considered and deployed to maximise opportunity creation
  • Track and communicate programme progress against monthly, quarterly and annual set goals; monitor and analyse channel and programme performance with the aim to identify gaps and propose solutions
  • Tightly collaborate with the Field and BDR team to equip and guide them to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of following up leads and generating qualified opportunities from the programmes
  • Experience of using modern marketing and sales automation systems, with specific focus on using data to drive continuous improvement in programme effectiveness.
  • Ownership and management of appointed agencies to ensure they are aligned, motivated and incentivised correctly.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of community or digital marketing experience in an enterprise software environment is required.
  • Experience in managing and collaboratively working with marketing agencies (creative, media, web, content)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and experience in writing campaign/programme/agency briefs
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) and Marketing Automation platforms to execute, track and manage marketing campaigns
  • Excellent marketing execution skills with a demonstrated ability to mature the pipeline.
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing channels
  • Quick learner with the ability to execute multiple projects and stay on task
  • Strong ability to network and navigate within a matrix organisation
  • Highly professional and organised
  • Driven, passionate team player that is goal & outcome orientated
  • Ideally degree educated BA or BS, marketing focus desired
