What we are seeking
The primary function of the BDR Manager is to provide support, both directly and via their BDR team, to the North American Sales team in the ongoing development of prospective customers to ensure that Bizagi is able to meet its regional revenue and growth targets.

The BDRM will initiate and answer inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective customers. They will be required to build rapport with prospective customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions. They will be expected to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives in terms of opportunity creation and pipeline contribution, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction across early stages of the buying cycle.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
  • Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers
  • Works with sales managers on tele-prospecting campaigns into named accounts within specified industries.
  • Identifies and qualifies prospective customers, and records sales prospecting activity in CRM
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email communications.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts and engaged to generate interest and opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within their assigned territory
  • Has both an individual and a team sales quota.
  • Day-to-day management of European Business Development Representatives against individual and team performance goals

In this community engagement role, you will work closely with global and local marketing and product development teams to craft lifecycle programs that educate and engage the community across multiple marketing channels. Develop and oversee Network Operations, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem/Escalation Management, Configuration Management and Change Management Processes for all Bizagi Cloud Services.

Ensure successful backup and/or replication of Customer Data in a secure manner. Contribute to and enhance Security policies and procedures for Bizagi Cloud Services. Implement System Management Tools to provide monitoring and management of all Cloud infrastructures.

Define and report Key Performance Indicators to monitor process health; define and report Customer facing service metrics. Implement and oversee Security policy, monitoring, and guidelines for Bizagi Cloud Services. Conduct System Outage Analysis to prevent the re occurrence of incidents. Implement continuous improvement plans for all services and processes.

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or similar is an advantage

The Marketing Programs role is responsible for the coordination and execution of demand generation activities, events and programs for the EMEA region. A core focus of the role will be the management and execution of Bizagi private events, meet-ups and webinars along with general field-level campaign execution support.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA the Marketing Program Manager will be expected to track and measure program success through the development and execution of project plans: mapping to strategic goals provided by leadership, prioritization of tasks, budgeting, identifying target lists, building relationships with our partners and 3rd party marketing vendors, and overall program execution.

The ideal candidate will be a flexible, energetic marketing professional with the ability to develop quality, performance-driven events and programs that align with our overall regional marketing objectives. The successful candidate must have strong organisational and project management skills, be an excellent communicator, work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, be able to cope with ambiguity, make reliable and rapid decisions, and be able to multi-task on several projects simultaneously with on-time and on-budget results.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities
  • Support the development and manage the execution of marketing programs to drive awareness, lead generation and sales pipeline in EMEA (primarily NEU), collaborating with cross functional teams (including global marketing and sales teams on planning and execution) and reporting accurately to regional marketing leadership.
  • Primary responsibility will focus will be on management and execution of regional Bizagi community events and webinars, working closely with a cross-functional global team on planning and execution.
  • Provide regional, vertical campaign execution support as needed, working closely with EMEA Marketing team.
  • Work with EMEA Marketing team to leverage target account and Bizagi Community member analysis/data to develop and execute strategic events and programs.
  • Track and report programs against quarterly and annual goals; monitor and analyse funnel and channel performance with the aim to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to ensure success of events and programs. Includes regular status communications and cadence on upcoming actions items and deliverables.
  • Work closely with EMEA Business Development, Demand Generation, and Marketing/Sales Operations teams on program lead flow and follow-up to optimise performance for the region.
  • Travel – ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years event/field marketing and demand generation experience in a B2B software company required. Demonstrated knowledge and proven track record of success with measurable results for inbound and outbound marketing programs.
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.) and Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred) to execute, track and manage marketing programs.
  • Excellent execution skills with a demonstrated ability to manage reporting, metrics, and sales communications.
  • Good understanding of the sales process and how to enable sales readiness.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; you know how to build organisational support and work with cross-functional virtual, global teams. Experience working in cross-functional, global and virtual team environment.
  • Ability to understand target personas and industries including key challenges and communities and leveraging this info to build targeted programs.
  • Exceptional project and budget management experience with marketing campaigns.
