Bizagi Named a Strong Performer in Latest Digital Process Automation Report by Independent Research Firm

Washington DC. Dec 9 2021 – Bizagi, the leading Low-Code Process Automation platform provider, was today named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Digital Process Automation Software, Q4 2021. 

This latest report comes at a time when many organizations are turning to DPA platforms like Bizagi in order to better respond to disruption to their operating models. DPA platforms provide a way to orchestrate intelligent end-to-end processes that connect people, legacy systems and bots, whilst also finding efficiencies by reducing manual work.  

In 2019, Forrester produced two separate reports, one evaluating the most significant platforms that could handle the sophisticated functional requirements of deep deployments, and another for the business-centric development tools to support wide deployments. According to this latest report “As the market matured, customers increasingly looked to standardize on platforms that could handle both workloads, and vendors are well on the road to meeting those customers’ demands. To that end, Forrester has consolidated the separate evaluations into one for Q4 2021. In addition, DPA platforms are increasingly relevant for general-use low-code development and must now be analyzed for those requirements.” 

With regard to Bizagi, the report states: “If you focus on developing process-driven applications of high complexity and the ability to develop at scale, Bizagi is a good fit.”  

The independent analyst report also states: “With deep roots in highly regulated environments, including federal government, Bizagi emphasizes security and accompanying certifications.”

In this regard, the report states: “User experience tools are very flexible yet accessible to non-professional developers. Bizagi’s unique approach to injecting one-off and ad-hoc processes particularly well serves citizen developers”
