Bizagi Fall 2025

Bizagi expands its Artificial Intelligence capabilities with the latest version, Bizagi Fall 2025. In this version, Bizagi has a great purpose: to unlock the Value of Institutional Knowledge. To do this, it is necessary to provide AI with companies' unique, specific knowledge, making AI much more assertive and accurate. In response to the uncontrolled growth of data in companies, Bizagi offers innovative solutions to this significant problem.

Bizagi’s AI features can leverage both structured and unstructured data to make AI Agents, Ask Ada, and AI Workers more precise and intelligent than ever before. 

We have a version full of innovation, new features, and many improvements, but these are the most impactful new features in this version: 

• Similarity Matching from Bizagi Historical Data: Since the introduction of AI Agents in the Spring 2024 version, these specialized assistants, which can be included in any process, have accelerated the automation of specific manual tasks. In this version, our AI Agents will now have two primary sources of knowledge. First, Institutional knowledge from Reference Documents such as Word, PDF, and Excel documents, as well as image files. Second, AI Agents can now perform similarity matching using historical data stored in Bizagi to resolve certain business situations more efficiently. The similarity matching allows the AI Agents to use all past information and knowledge, which in many cases goes unused, to identify what has worked in the past, provide personalized suggestions, and recommend actions that genuinely work. Imagine that your AI Agents can now consult all of your company's past IT incidents and use this information to suggest mitigation plans or even propose solutions.  

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) support: This is an open-source standard for connecting AI applications to external systems. Think of MCP as a USB-C port for AI agents. Just as USB-C provides a standardized way to connect electronic devices, MCP offers a standardized way to connect AI applications to external systems. In this version, we are including MCP support for our AI Agents. It will be easy to configure MCP Servers for AI Agents, select the tools you want to use, and even test your prompts directly in the Development environment.  

• Reinforcement Learning for AI Workers: AI Workers were introduced in the Spring 2025 release as AI assistants who pre-work human tasks with different levels of autonomy. In this latest version, AI Workers will be reinforced by both user feedback and accuracy. First, end users are given the opportunity to rate the AI Workers performance and provide feedback on what could have been done better.  Second, AI Workers compare their original answers to those the end user changed, corrected, or added to improve its answers for the next time. With each execution, the AI Worker becomes smarter in its suggestions; its accuracy increases, and the more it is used, the more efficient it becomes.  

• Access to Company Reference Documents for Ask Ada and AI Workers: We have expanded the capabilities of both Ask Ada and AI Workers so that they can now use the Enterprise Knowledge stored in Reference Documents. With this innovation, AI Workers will be able to pre-work human tasks not only with the information available on the form, but also with the policies, best practices, and operating procedures included as the organization's Enterprise Knowledge. Similarly, Ask Ada will enable end users to have natural-language conversations with company policies and procedures, reducing the time required to obtain valuable information. 

• Bizagi Apps Improvements: This version includes multiple improvements in the creation of Bizagi Apps. To list some of the most important, we can now create and reuse Themes and customize how numbers are displayed in tables with new options, such as progress bars and stars. You can customize the appearance of some elements within your Apps by uploading CSS or JSON files. Layouts have become even more flexible, and you can even include Layouts for Persona Pages. It is also possible to view a case's timeline and copy a link to a specific case.
