Bizagi is looking for an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to help ensure our global user community data is leveraged effectively to deliver unique insight, drive marketing programs, connect customer journeys and deliver qualified opportunities to the sales organisation.

You will become the subject matter expert, defining and analysing data sets focused on improving our ability to identify, convert and grow our customer base.

You will be part of the global sales & marketing organisation, collaborating with and advising regional and global demand generation teams on their campaign effectiveness.

You will work to support product marketing and product management teams to understand product utilisation and drive the definition of new products, services and offerings.

You will support the CMO directly in facilitating the development of strategy based on deep understanding of user community demographics and behaviour.

You will have a strong data science and analytics background, proficient at connecting and querying data sets, but also experienced at turning raw data into valuable business insights that support executive decision making.

You should be comfortable running, as an example, regression analysis and will demonstrate strategic thinking in producing actionable insights for the marketing, sales and executive teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Collate and analyse user demographics, behaviour and product usage data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive analytical approaches to help inform global user acquisition and engagement programs.
  • Synthesize and present quantitative results to an executive audience of sales, marketing, and product engineering colleagues.
  • Monitor, measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Track & report on departmental KPIs including lead generation and campaign influence.
  • Champion and implement testing strategies to optimize campaigns
  • Perform quantitative analyses to drive ROI and other campaign performance metrics
  • Support the CMO with go-to-market data analysis
  • Work alongside the Marketing & Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives and CRM/MAP adoption
  • Ensure reporting and analysis is completed for all marketing investments
Knowledge/Skills and Experience
  • 3-4 years direct experience in a Data Analysis role working within data reporting and interpretation fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in SQL analysing sophisticated data sets; well-versed in analytical and presentation tools (pivot tables, graphs, functions, etc)
  • Well-versed in story-based reporting (on paper and in person that address strategic marketing and business questions with a data-based narrative.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with databases, complex data analysis, segmentation and presentation
  • Track record of effectively delivering multiple projects at one time in very fast-moving environment, strong project management experience
  • Educated to a degree level – preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field
  • Preferred experience of working within/with marketing teams, preferably in the technology industry
  • Experience of working with B2B organisations
  • Experience of working with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Working knowledge of marketing automaton & CRM platforms preferred (e.g. MS Dynamics CRM, Marketo)

As a key member of the Professional Services team, the Technical Consultant will be the technical lead for digital transformation projects based on the Bizagi platform. The Technical Consultant will collaborate with the Bizagi implementation team and the client to finalize requirements, and design and implement the solution, including integration points.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Must be happy to Travel - 80% of this role is travelling
  • Understand customer business drivers, key use cases, and high level business objectives
  • Collaborate with client IT and development staff, and with other Bizagi consultants, to transform client requirements into automated solutions using Bizagi’s BPM platform
  • Lead Bizagi implementation from a technical perspective, including integration with 3rd party and legacy systems
  • Provide technical input into requirements for “To Be” processes, including process design, data models, business rules, and management information
  • Test developed solutions for conformance with requirements, and to ensure quality
  • Define standards and methods for technical implementation
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between process modelling teams and technical teams
  • Support final testing and roll out of production deployment
  • Mentor Bizagi team members, and provide technical training to clients
