Specialising in the tech-sector, her previous roles include regional and global HR leadership at TIBCO software, along with a range of interim positions and HR strategy consultancy. Laura is passionate about creating the right environment for employees to achieve the organization’s goals by delivering the change management, organizational design and HR systems needed to maximize the potential of an organization’s workforce.
Laurie is a customer-centric, results driven leader that brings over two decades of marketing experience in highly competitive industries. Before joining Bizagi, Laurie built, launched and managed the go-to-market for Financial Services at ServiceNow and led the global incubation efforts across all verticals. Prior to ServiceNow, she held marketing leadership positions at large corporations like Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup and TD Waterhouse and counseled countless start-ups on their best path to market. Laurie is responsible for all aspects of Bizagi’s marketing efforts including demand generation, market research, strategy, advertising and customer and employee communications.
An experienced finance professional with a wide range of experience in leadership roles across many industries including software, technology, banking, professional services and more. Nick has a proven track record of partnering with the leadership teams of high growth businesses to build finance functions that have the capabilities to enable the organization to achieve its goals. Most recently Nick was the CFO for the International Business Unit at Blackbaud, a large publicly listed software company, partnering with the business to deliver the strongest period of revenue growth and margin improvement in the business unit to date. Previously Nick has also worked at Eversheds, BT, Lloyds TSB, American Express, Travelport and Accenture.
Richard brings two decades of industry experience to the Bizagi community. Richard spent nearly a decade in various leadership roles at Symantec in both Australia and the US, where he rose to the role of US Country Manager for the $1B+ Norton business. Richard joined Cloud Commerce company AppDirect in 2012 in its very early stage and helped AppDirect become a “unicorn” growing from $1M to $100M while serving as their SVP Global Sales. Before joining Bizagi, Richard joined Ingram Micro to lead their global cloud platform and software business as SVP of Global Sales, Services and Support and played an instrumental part in creating and launching the CloudBlue brand.
Elliot has spent 20+ years in the business of technology at both start-up and corporate organizations. After co-founding a Managed Service Provider and leading business development for a boutique software development shop in the early 90s, Elliot spent 13-years at Microsoft where he led the development and growth of the Hosting Service Provider business in North America to a $5ooM subscription software revenue stream. Before joining Bizagi, Elliot was General Manager of the global partner ecosystem at AppDirect where he helped them grow to a $1B valuation.
Robert Oostergetel is a senior business leader with over 20 years experience in leading sales, sales engineering, marketing, GTM and sales operations teams in the technology sector. Robert’s focus is on building and developing high performance teams, growing current partnerships and winning new business. He most recently held the position of Vice President, Sales and Services at CloudBlue and has succeeded in various roles at Symantec, spending over 14 years at the software company throughout his career.

Prior to this, he spent 8 years in several roles at Advent Software including one as Senior Solutions Consultant - Sales Engineer in which he was responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of software solutions.

Jurgen Neubauer is an experienced sales leader with 20 years of management experience in international companies as Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Vice President Sales and Managing Director. Jurgen has a proven track record in sales for enterprise business software and SaaS Solutions with experience of taking companies through start up, fund raising, IPO and M&A. His experience spans organizations including IBM, Pega, Smart Focus and Selligent.

Prior to joining Bizagi Francisco was Latin America VP of Sales for Oracle Communications, preceded by similar leadership roles at organizations including Intellego and Hewlett Packard. Eva has nearly twenty years of experience as a consultant for financial institutions across the globe. Throughout her career in PWC, Arthur Andersen and in her time at Bizagi, she has led a wide range of strategic transformation projects including organizational change, internal control systems and process redesign, as well as strategic and operational efficiency.

Responsible for many of Bizagi’s internal operations and infrastructure including sales, services, support and administration, Marcel also spearheads Bizagi’s industry and customer satisfaction programs. As a Bizagi co-founder, Marcel has vast company knowledge, excelling in roles spanning everything from product management and strategy through to online services and support. These insights are proving invaluable when delivering robust operations supporting Bizagi’s global expansion. Marcel’s prior experience includes working for IBM and Credit Suisse in Switzerland. He holds degrees in Finance and Computer Science from Universidad De Los Andes, Colombia.
