When it came to digital process automation, autonomy was what EDP most desired. In just 8 months, the electrical utilities leader set up an autonomous workflow automation process across the business to help with decision making and business approvals.

Now, over 1,000 employees are using Bizagi for business approvals across all levels of the organization, with new processes deployed in half the time using Bizagi. Saving significant time and money, the approvals process is used in a variety of decision-making scenarios, including in Human Resources for onboarding and in Purchasing approvals.
