Takeda is on a journey to digitally automate numerous processes to decrease costs and increase efficiency as a business. Bizagi was deployed in the Global Procurement unit of the business with great success. Our consultants worked with IT to create a process model, which then became the application. The project was deployed in just 10 weeks, delivering time and cost-saving results. Takeda is now looking to expand use of the platform further across the business.
