Field Marketing Manager

The DACH Field Marketing Manager drives the delivery of DACH sales goals by creating and executing a demand generation strategy for the region, leverage positioning, messaging, market segmentation, buyer personas and other information regarding Bizagi products and services generated by the Global Marketing team to target and generate demand of highly qualified leads. In addition to executing and managing regional demand generation campaigns, the DACH Field Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that effective sales enablement tools and market-facing assets in place throughout the buying cycle for both direct sales teams and partners. He or she will also need to deploy pipeline velocity activities to accelerate opportunities to close.

The role will need to constantly analyse the ROI of demand generation campaigns executed in-market (inbound and outbound channels) and show agility in adapting the marketing plan accordingly to achieve optimal pipeline results.

A successful candidate needs to also demonstrate that they can become a proactive marketing partner for regional sales management. This requires leadership and the ability to execute, working closely with Corporate Marketing to align with the company's global marketing strategy, whilst addressing the specific requirements of the region.

  • Develop and execute regional demand generation plans to achieve regional sales and funnel goals; to achieve this aim, plans must cover lead generation, pipeline acceleration, sales enablement, partner co-marketing and content localisation

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and growing the Bizagi relationship within selected named accounts. As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will need to establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the client’s key stakeholders. Your Responsibilities:

You will partner with our Enterprise Account Executives and be responsible for driving customer workshops, gathering requirements, leading pilots / proofs of concept, and demonstrating the Bizagi platform. You will be both a business and technical trusted advisor to prospective customers. As a business advisor, you will help prospects think through various business processes and help them envision the value of Bizagi. As a technical advisor, you will help them understand how Bizagi fits within their existing IT landscape and answer questions regarding the underlying architecture of the Bizagi platform. You will also engage internally with our product team and external partners to collaborate as needed for a given sales prospect.
