San Francisco, CA - December, 2015 - Insurance company Seguros Universal, won the annual award for excellence in BPM for the successful Vehicle Insurance Claims process implementation. “Seguros,” based in the Dominican Republic, were selected and evaluated against all other submissions across all WfMC categories.
The award recognized in Seguros Universal an important achievement in implementing innovative BPM solutions and placed this insurance company in the Top 10 overall for 2015.
The submissions for the award were evaluated by a panel of judges using 15 different factors focused on three assessment criteria:
