London, UK – September 22nd, 2015 - The project comes as part of a move to increase internal operating procedures in line with expansion. It is an element of an ambitious one-year plan targeting two continents, four countries and twelve companies.

The project will be executed via a partnership with Asamco BV, to oversee the transition from modeling to implementation. Trabys has hands-on experience of Bizagi Modeler and was impressed with what she found.

The pilot project will target Portside’s IOU process whereby staff cash advances are verified, issued and approved. The BPM process will eliminate the need for physical rekeying and hard copy forms for companies across the group in Ghana and the Ivory Coast.
Following the current testing/evaluation phase, Portside plans to roll out up to 200 multi-language processes from its base in the Netherlands.
