Process folders allow you to organize your diagrams at will
When managing large numbers of diagrams Bizagi Modeler allows to search, view and organize your cloud diagrams into folders for best control and hierarchy diagramming. These folders can be created, deleted moved or renamed at anytime.
Support for Arabic and RTL languages
You can now name and document processes using right-to-left languages

Cloud Collaboration Services are now available
Save your processes in Bizagi Cloud and invite team members or clients to collaboratively and improve processes. You invitees can be Editors (can change process flow and include documentation) or Collaborators (can navigate through diagrams and review documentations as well as Comment on any diagram or model)
Safely store your models in a secure centralized repository with Bizagi Cloud
Using your Bizagi credentials you now have a free Personal account, with a storage of up to 10 MB. If you want to share your models and collaborate you can purchase our Cloud Collaboration services.
Work offline in your collaboration models
We’ve all felt that frustration of losing connectivity just as you need it most. But now, you can continue working as normal – even in those dead zones. Using Bizagi’s incredibly powerful offline capabilities, you can simply check out your process model, make changes, and sync it once you’re back online.
Select from Editors or Contributors to share your models
Editors have full access to the model. They need the Bizagi Modeler application in their laptops to edit the process flow or include documentation. Contributors just need a browser in any device to navigate through the diagrams, read the documentation and include comments as feedback in the definition of each process.

Attachments available in Bizagi Cloud
Attachments included in Cloud Models are uploaded to your cloud and can be shared within any diagram of the model containing it.
Publish multiple models at once using Command prompt
You can publish to Web several models using the Command prompt, to save time when having tens or hundreds of models.
Bug fixes
The version fixes a problem when importing End events from Visio 2010
There was a problem trying to publish to a SharePoint 2010 sub-site. Libraries were not displayed correctly, and Bizagi tried to publish to non-existing ones showing a 409 Conflict error message.

A warning message is now displayed when the Modeler has more than 10 diagrams opened. Having more than 10 diagrams opened reduces the program's performance.

New features
Print preview shortcut
You can now open the print preview dialog using the Ctrl+p shortcut, to print your process diagrams faster.
Run the diagram validation before activating the Simulation Mode. Validate if a diagram contains mixed gateways
From this version the simulation mode cannot be activated if there are errors in the diagram (missing connectors, mixed gateways, etc.). A validation displays when the user tries to activate the simulation mode if the diagram has modeling errors. As well, a validation of mixed gateways has been included when saving the model.
Improvements
Process Central changes to Process Xchange
The text "Process Central" was replaced by "Process Xchange" along Bizagi Modeler. The Process Central icon was also updated to the new Process Xchange logo.
Disable the Modeler tour
The Modeler tour displayed the first time users open the Bizagi Modeler can now be deactivated by using a key.
Select diagram elements to be published by double clicking them
In previous versions, the selection of diagram elements to be published was done by using a button. From this version, elements to be published can also be selected by double clicking them, speeding up the publish process.
Bug fixes
An error related to the visualization of simulation in IE8 was fixed.
When the Spelling mistakes option was not marked, the spelling checker did not find errors. This has been fixed.
Sometimes in diagrams published to the web, the button More (normally located at the top-right corner of the task property) did not appear. This has been fixed.
When pasting a complete diagram previously copied, some labels could lost. This was fixed.
Two issues related to Wiki and Work publishing were fixed.
Some problems related to labels in Korean, Chinese and German were fixed.
Problems in Word and Wiki publication. In version 2.7 publication worked and 2.8 failed. This has been fixed.
Texts included in Korean is duplicated
Label adjustment in the position, in German
Installer says Chines traditional, the correct name is Chinese simplified
Spelling mistake in German: modified "Keine rechtschreibfehler gefunden" with "Keine Rechtschreibfehler gefunden". This is the text shown when there are grammar mistakes in the model.

IE11 support for Simulation
IE11 changed some features that had a major impact in the Simulation functionality. The Modeler has adapted its technology to be able to support Internet Explorer 11.
MediaWiki 1.22 support
The Modeler now supports publishing documentation to MediaWiki 1.22.
Improvements
Localization for SharePoint messages
Warning and error messages displayed in documentation exported to SharePoint have been localized in the supported languages.
Links to diagram pages in Web documentation
A direct access has been created for each of the diagrams published to the Web. This way a link accesses directly a specific Process diagram.
The word Sub-process has been adjusted
The word Sub-process has been adjusted in the menus of the Modeler to be consistent with the BPMN definition.

Importing for Visio failed
Under certain circumstances importing models from Vision failed.
Simulation fails when resources names include special characters.
The execution of a simulation failed when the names of resources or performers contained special characters, as & or \.
Simulation fails when the model has multiple Data store objects.
The execution of a simulation failed when the model had Data state elements repeated in the Data store reference and the Data store.
Diagram´s extended attributes are not displayed in the Web documentation.
Information of diagram´s extended attributes was not accessible from the Web documentation when the diagram did not contain Sub-processes.
Images included in Word documentation get distorted.
Some images looked distorted when publishing to Word.
Bullets within tables were not correctly exported to Web.
Bullets included within tables cells were displayed incorrectly (out of the cells boundaries) in the Web documentation.
Error when opening shared models.
Sometimes an error was displayed when trying to open a shared model, with collaboration.
Spell checker failed in texts with bullets.
The Spell checker did not work correctly for texts listed using bullets.
Error when renaming Data store objects.
Sometimes an error was displayed when trying to rename a Data store object.
Cover images of diagrams were not displayed in the Web when using Firefox.
After publishing a model to the Web, the cover images of diagrams did not display in Firefox.
Simulation failed when the model had duplicated id´s.
When copying and pasting Data stores and Message intermediate events new ids for these objects were not generated, causing an error when trying to run a simulation.
Gateways conditions were not displayed in the Web documentation.
The information included in the outgoing flows of gateways was not displayed in the Web documentation.
Task conditions were not displayed in Web documentation.
The information included in the outgoing flows of tasks (when there was more than one) was not displayed in the Web documentation.
Word format documentation did not keep margins along the document.
When the documentation of a Process was exported to Word, the margins of the template were not kept.
Simulation stopped before expected.
Sometimes the execution of a simulation stopped before reaching the defined maximum number of tokens.
Highlighted diagram was not refreshed in the left panel in the Web documentation.
Accessing the details of a Sub-process in the Web documentation, did not refresh the highlighted diagram on the left panel, causing confusion.
Extended attributes were displayed in the Web documentation when they did not contain information.
Headers and descriptions of extended attributes were always visible in the Web documentation even if they did not contain information.
SharePoint publishing failed in renamed libraries
When a Process was going to be published to a SharePoint library that had been renamed, the library folders could not be found or the publishing failed. This has been fixed and now the Modeler uses the real name and not the display name of the library.
Error when publishing to SharePoint URLs that contain https.
An error was displayed when trying to publish diagrams to SharePoint sites whose URL contained https.
Simulation failed when the model had event based gateways.
An error was displayed when running a simulation model that had event based gateways.
Several clicks in pop-up windows redirect to the home page in the Web documentation
When opening and closing a pop-up window several times in the Web documentation, users were redirected to the home site.
