Before you return a product

Bizagi wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are having issues with a product, there may be other options before you return it:

Eligibility for return

Bizagi products are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date as part of our money back satisfaction guarantee.

  • Any applicable taxes are not refundable except in certain countries where this item is refundable.
  • Not For Resale (NFR) software is not returnable and is not included in our 30-day guarantee.

How to request a refund?

All Bizagi products may be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund please send an email to sales@Bizagi.com clearly indicating your Order Number and date of purchase. We will contact you within the next 5 business days to coordinate the refund process. We will credit the full amount (incuding taxes in countries where this item is refundable) to the original method of payment.
