Bizagi BPM Server

The Bizagi BPM Server is the engine that executes and controls the business processes automated with Bizagi Studio. This is based on a set of components that offers all the necessary functionality for an effective and intelligent (iBPM) real time process management:

Work Portal

This Web portal enables participants in the process to visualize and prioritize, by different criteria, their pending activities and see information in real-time about process performance. Depending on the user profile, this portal enables management of the processes, reassignment of cases when operational problems arise and taking corrective action for achieving the organization's performance objective.

Business Rules

Bizagi offers a simple graphical environment which enables business analysts to define and manage business rules and policies. Rules are managed independently of the individual processes in such a way that they can be shared by other processes. Bizagi's Web environment enables modification of business rules in real-time, allowing immediate changes to support business needs.

Integration Engine

To facilitate business process integration to the organization's legacy systems, Bizagi operates with a powerful engine based on SOA architecture which allows use of Web services to connect the process without the need of programming. Likewise, this engine displays the Bizagi functionality as Web Services in such a way that all applications can easily interact with the Bizagi automated processes.

High Availability and Performance

The BPM Server was designed for high performance corporate environments, especially large-scale installations. It is based on a flexible, scalable and robust architecture that allows us to support from complex distributed installations to simple centralized ones. Depending on the Edition, Bizagi supports high availability schemes, balancing Clusters and failover Clusters and guarantees that processes will continue to operate normally in the event of server failure. Multi Platform

Depending on the Bizagi Edition we offer two alternatives, .NET and JEE. Both were developed in a native form for their respective environments. BAM (Business Activity Monitor)

Bizagi provides a comprehensive set of reports to monitor your business operation in real time (performing as an intelligent BPM or iBPM). It will show you which tasks or processes are on time, overdue or at risk. These allow you to anticipate or identify problems, reassign work and manage risk in order to meet your performance goals.

Performance Indicators

Bizagi is an intelligent BPM Suite (iBPMS) that also provides a powerful process analytics module to let you analyze historical performance information.
