no connection to server

after several tries with version 9.19.1011 on different plattforms:

Windows Server 2008 SQL Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 SQL Server 2005 Express
Windows Server 2003 SQL Server 2005 and so on

Installation Routines runs through but every time i try to generate a projekt system tells me no connection to server xxx.

I looked to all your installation hints like remote connection for sql (sa und pw) und IIS Settings and followed them strictly.

Is there a bug in this release?
