Problem using e-mail messages

Hi everyone!

I tried everything to send e-mail messages using BizAgi, currently I tried to use de google smtp server to send the e-mails, I followed this article:

without any luck, I'm currently gettinh this error message:

Error:
Code error: 11859 Error on ProcessForm
Automatic task failed. ID task=3, ID case=1751. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
Code error: 22785 Could not send message to: xxx@gmail.com - Reason: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first
