How to fusion works in project

Postby k_dahmani » Wed Jun 06, 2012 4:19 am

Hi bizagi users,
We are a team of three persons whome whome work on one project!
so each one take a backup of the database and works in a specific process, so we have three processes

My problem is how to colaborate all our works in the same project "for exemple : each one of the team keep 5 forms to work, so at all we have 15 forms" so from backups how to keep them in only one project.
If someone can use skype to help this is the mine: adele_fun_bkk

Best regards.

Dear Dahmani
Thank for your interest in Bizagi.

There is no current option to fusion objects (such as forms, entities, rules, etc) from different Bizagi databases.

Please take into account that with Bizagi BPM Suite you can set up a collaborative environment where you and other colleagues can work simultaneously on a project.
This requires that the Bizagi Studio users have network access to the project server so that changes can be made online.
View further information about collaborative work in Bizagi, at: http://wiki.bizagi.com/en/index.php?tit ... ative_Work.

You may always choose to backup, and eventually restore the project database as a contingency measure (“going back” to snapshot of the project’s state of a point in time), or if you have indeed worked in this project in an “offline” manner, but only if you are the only Bizagi Studio user that made changes.
The backup/restore approach is not meant for collaborative work (this is so because merging information from projects is not possible).

Best regards,
Bizagi BPM Suite Support.
