Can I post a photo in form ??

We want to print the form like ID screen so , we need to have the photo inside this form , and not like an attach.
Is this possible in bizagi ? and if yes ,how to do this ?

Creating user fields is a possibility provided by Bizagi that allows the inclusion of custom HTML controls for processes forms, like including images inside a form.
