DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT KNOWLEDGE MODULE

The general scope of our Delivery and Fulfillment Knowledge Module is mainly the control and management of the distribution process for Credit Cards, PIN numbers, Checkbooks and Statements and covers the following stages:

• Production:
  Automation of stocks of plastic and PIN numbers and the generation of alerts when minimum established inventory levels are reached. Generation of alerts when production files of PIN numbers, checkbooks and statements are different from the original request.
• Delivery:
  Generation of management alerts in the event that deliveries do not comply with standards. Generation of management reports (Courier performance and reasons for non-delivery). Generation of fraud alerts when products are delivered to the same address for more than one customer.
• Service:
  Enables customer calls to be resolved without the need to open up a claim. Report generation of call history to determine the efficiency in the management of returned products. Control of stock and returned products.
