Bancafe is a financial institution that began in Colombia in 1954 with the objective of conducting their own commercial banking and support operations in the agricultural sector, in particular, coffee production. Bancafe selected BizAgi to follow their BPM strategy at different levels of the organization and achieve better performance of their processes.
The BizAgi implementation enabled Bancafe to optimize credit areas, customer and commercial service, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve their market position. With BizAgi as the development platform for their BPM project, Bancafe has obtained visibility in real-time of the state of each of their processes in such a way that the bank is now able to commit themselves to their customers by offering precise timings for the solution of their requirements.
